About TerraPro
Our History
RJL Construction was started by Ryan Lehman around 2000. The company operated as a general contracting business who built start-to-finish homes. Over time, Ryan sensed the need to add excavating to our line of services. This enabled RJL Construction to continue to build it's services that they offered as well as to better serve its customers. At the beginning of 2024, it was decided to make the excavating and landscaping portion of our business its own legal entity. Two other partners were brought on and TerraPro, LLC was formed. Our experienced team has worked on a wide range of projects in and around Meadville, PA, ensuring that each project is completed on time and to our client's satisfaction.
